We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate interest in your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information you share with us. However, please also remember that the internet itself is not 100% secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from us is at your own risk. How do we use your payment information?

You may elect to pay for services with a credit card via the Talech card reader at our office. The Talech application does not store your credit card number and only reads your credit card information for the purpose of processing your payment. Some information about the transaction - including the cardholder name, the date and time of the transaction, and the amount - remains in our card reader system for limited period of time before it is automatically deleted.

You may elect to pay for services through Venmo. Some information about the transaction - including your Venmo username, the date and time of the transaction, and the amount - remains in the Venmo app for a limited period of time before it is automatically deleted.

 

Do we collect information from minors?

 

We collect information from children under 18 years of age only with express permission from parents or guardians, and only for the purpose of scheduling and conducting tutoring sessions. By using our site, communicating with us via Facebook, or communicating with us via email, you represent that you are at least 18 or have permission from a parent or guardian to do so.

 

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
